Title: Resistor values
Post by: Grizz on September 25, 2008, 12:13:46 PM
I got my parts to build my sans amp gt2  and I was labeling my resistors and I noticed that their was a 1M and a 1.5M in the same bag, I need two 1M's.  My guess it that he didn't have enough 1M's so he gave me a 1.5M.  Are they close enough in value to work?

Thanks,

Scott

Depends....where are they being used in the circuit?

That's a question I don't know how to answer...But here's a link to the schematic.

Sorry I can't find a better link to a gt2 schematic.

The every first thing your signal hits in the circuit is the pull down resistor (its 1M). You can use the 1M5 there and youll have no problems what so ever.
