Hi. Can I build TS with guvnor 3 band eq?
Off course, do you know something about soldering and stuff?
I have no idea. What should i do with TS tone knob and where should i put Guvnor eq? Could some one help me out ???
Have a look at this thread

It is not the Guvnor EQ, but also a 3-knob tonestack, which can be easily substituted with any other ;)

Here' a Guv'Nor tonestack Vero that I made. I hope it helps, I've never made a TubeScreamer, but it may be possible to just make two boards, one with this, and one with a toneless tubescreamer. It's pretty much verified, except that the person who made it said that one of the knobs worked backwards (Looking at it now, treble 3 shouldn't go to Ground, as listed under the layout. I suspect that's the problem.) I'm hoping to do this myself sometime soon, but a lack of funds and a few non-stompbox projects are getting in my way!

Here's the schematic:

Here's a corrected version.
Hi Guys, thanks for all the answers! :icon_wink:
Hi, if i do this like in the picture... Will it work ?

That will work, but you will probably lose a lot of volume that way. Use the opamp that you just saved by deleting the TS tone section to make a recovery stage--a non-inverting opamp with enouigh gain to recover the losses in the tone stack. You can also lose the output buffer, since your opamp recovery stage will have a nice low output impedance.
I think you want to do something more like this:

That is probably not ideal. There was another recent thread (http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=79757.0) around here about opamp recovery stages, with some tailor made solutions.
