I started perfing a dynacomp from the layout below and got confused when I hit the electros. Are they oriented correctly? I guess a better question now that I'm half way through is.. Is the layout verified? Anybody used it?

Yes.
Still in doubt? Build it without them. Most things will bias-up to DC levels without a few of their caps. Now put your voltmeter where the caps will be, check polarity and also voltage (though in 9V work, voltage is rarely an issue).
Take C2 for example (the electro in the upper left corner); it's negitive stripe is pointing up (towards +9v) which makes the positive end connect to ground. Am I missing something here?
Anybody? I'm second guessing everything I know now!!!
In that layout- I shoulda put a note on it- the stripes on the caps denote the POSITIVE side. I did that because I was more concerned with where the positive side was oriented, and there was no indication of positive on the cap image and I didn't feel like adding one with text. In fact, I've kinda gotten in the habit of using the stripe on the caps in DIYLC to denote positive. Confusing, I know- my apologies. I'll correct the layouts when I get a chance.
Also, the layout is verified- my Dynacomp has been on my board for some time now and works great.
Thanks so much John, glad to hear that. Back to building... :)
No prob, man. Lemme know if you have any troubles :)
