Title: Please check my Rocktave vero layout
Post by: appliancide on January 11, 2010, 10:39:12 AM
My first pedal layout....would someone mind looking it over? I don't have all of the parts to build it yet, but I should within a week or so.

Thanks,

Can you link to the schematic you're using?

I used the version of DIYLC made for all versions of windows. Is there a way to add numbers and letters for the rows and columns?

Thanks,
Paul

I traced through the schematic and vero layout today and the only mistake I see is that the lower of the two caps labeled "c12" should actually be c11. Also, the bottom right wire should read "divide by four 2". I should have the parts to build this in the next couple of days and I will try to put it together this weekend.

Now, back to debugging my Slacktave (yes, there is a trend here).

Sorry to keep bumping this...
Couldn't figure out how to just replace the picture above, so here is the version with the corrections that I mentioned before.
I am going to try build it this weekend, or at least start on it.

It works!
Is there anything I should add that would make this a more user friendly layout?

Thanks,
Paul

That looks like a very user friendly layout to me already! Thanks for your effort, I'll be building this soon.  ;D
