it has 4.7m at the input.... what can i do more?
Read and follow the instructions in "DEBUGGING - What to do when it doesn't work"
You gave far too little information for anyone to ever be able to help you.

it already had 4m7 pulldown resistor.. but still pops.. where to put the 'fx out' pulldown resistor..?
See - I thought your first post meant that you had 4.7mV on the input. "m" means milli-, not mega, which is "M"
You don't need a pull down on the output, the level pot already serves to do the same thing.
No one will be able to help you without more information.

+1. Definitely read the DEBUG thread and repost with more information. It will get you answers faster. ;D
@Bullet79: Any news at this? I'm having the same problem as this (loud popping when you turn on the switch). I built the dyna/ross comp with RoDYMod from tonepad. Thanks!
Let's pile up... I also had a loud pop when engaging footswitch with my build last year, but just dismissed it as amplifying mechanical noise of the 3pDT.
One more to pile up..............built using GEOFEX's schematic below

Anybody experienced the same issue ?. I see no output cap, could it be the case ? LED popping ?
Try wiring it to a 3PDT this way. The PCB input will be grounded when you switch. It eliminated having pops in my builds of a custom 250 Overdrive and Dyna Comp:

Thanks for the suggestion Steve, today I'll try , along with Aaron's LED popping mod. I hope this solves the issue.
