Title: Sound City Wah Face Wiring?
Post by: Arn C. on May 24, 2011, 01:01:04 PM
Hey all,
I have one of these pedals and the original switch is shot.    I have a dpdt stompswitch and I was wondering how to wire it in.   I am not sure how the original works
It has 3 wires , one from input, one from output and a wire to the circuit.    Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Arn C.

I'm just guessing here, but I'd wager it's just like the GCB-95 switch that's an SPDT and only switches the outputs, one being the clean signal, one being the affected signal.  Your DPDT should be better as you can now true bypass it.  :)

Thanks!   I just couldn't remember how those switches worked and now I see and remember.

Peace!
