Title: tiny enclosure supplier?
Post by: Kirk A on December 05, 2011, 02:13:52 PM
Newbie here learning the ropes... Familiar with Hammond enclosures, but looking for an enclosure supplier of something smaller (1-3/8" x 3-1/2" x 1-1/4") identical to what Analogman lists as a "tiny box". That would be a convenient size for simple tip-sleeve foot-switch to trigger the reverb on my amp.

Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

that would be the Hammond 1590A, here is one from Mouser: http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Hammond-Manufacturing/1590A/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMsrGrAVj6eTva4YHrNVXaiPbM%252bgyQ79%2f%252bE%3d (http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Hammond-Manufacturing/1590A/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMsrGrAVj6eTva4YHrNVXaiPbM%252bgyQ79%2f%252bE%3d)

and a similar one from Smallbear: http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=49 (http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=49)

Thanks, guys! I will be placing a Mouser order very soon so I can have these supplies on hand for some holiday fun. This tiny footprint box will replace a huge Boss FS-5L.
