4.7 uF 400v capacitor for a 4.7uF 35v capacitor? Would it make a difference since they're both 4.7 uF's?

No difference except the difference in size physically will be quite different. I don't know that you'll be able to get a 400V cap to fit in the wah shell...

Thanks, actually the cap I found is quite small. Took it out of an AC adapter.
