Hi All,
Having a very strange and minor problem with a Rat clone I've just finished. Everything works as expected except for the LED, which at first appeared to be not working at all. I was using a 2k2 for the CLR and it wasn't lighting up at all. Through trial and error I tried jumping the CLR sockets on the daughterboard and when I did so I got VERY dim illumination on the LED. That's the only way I can get any illumination at all. I'm wondering if there may be a CLR on the mainboard I may not have spotted? On main board there isn't (or shouldn't be) any CLR..
(the only 2k2 resistor is R5 which is wired as NFB loop gain resistor..)
What kind of LED did you use..??
Thanks for the welcome! I've tried a red 3mm, blue 3mm and yellow 5mm all of which I confirmed working against a 9v battery with a 2k2 in between.
