Title: help with digital delay ideas
Post by: Davebolden44 on July 28, 2020, 08:44:56 PM
I am looking to build a simplistic digital delay, like a simple 3 knob time, echo, repeat kind of thing. I built a 2399 cave dweller and like my old ibanez delay it squashed all the highs. Just looking for something simple and transparent. Any and all recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

transparent means not PT2399. Maybe look at FV-1 based projects. Those things sound perfect and you can add any analog tone degrading you want, or program it in.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will begin some research. If anyone would have a specific project thats simple and transparent to end my search early I would appreciate it. Ic's and digital are all relatively new ideas to me so I am grateful for any and all help.
