Title: Rangemaster PNP 9v wiring (LED + True bypass)
Post by: rangermaster on January 24, 2021, 03:05:46 AM
Hi there.

I want to build a Rangemaster clone but i'm a little confused by the -/+ wiring it needs.

I want to use the rangemaster on my pedalboard and use the power supply that is feeding all my others (Center negative(https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/d/d4/Polarity_marking_center_negative.svg/800px-Polarity_marking_center_negative.svg.png))

I have a few NOS OC44 transistors that i will use for this build so i would like to keep it a PNP circuit.

i found this schematic from Paul in the Lab:

should this work with the power supply and PNP circuit ?

Also.. i would like to use a 3dpt footswitch for true bypass and a led..
can i use this? :

Thanks for the help.

(Sorry if the pictures are too big.. don't know how to fix that)

I talked to Paul. And he already helped a lot with the wiring.
