Where do Input + and - come from? In other words how do I get my bass/guitar to use this?
This plugs into an existing circuit where a single op amp was used. So it's not a stand-alone circuit.
Here's an example of adding Joe's opamp to a standard design. In this case it's a ROG Tube Reamer.

I get it. This gives me an idea. Is there a library of schematics like this that you can "piece" together to make an effect?
