found one cheap... Does it sound good ? I was told it's 400ms max but can I push it further than that ?

That's the Soundtank one right?

A friend off mine used it for a long time (he now has a Line6 DL4), it is not the best delay in the world, but workable, it may be interesting is the price is good.

Maybe you can check Harmony Central for more review.
