I'm looking for this article, MIDI Pocket Controller published in the Sept.88 issue of Electronic Musician ... It figures it's not an issue I have.
Apparently a simple controller with basic note on/off type functions built using logic (shift registers, etc) rather than a microcontroller. I've tried searching this forum, Google and the EM Website (they don't go back that far) with no luck so far. If anybody has a softcopy or a pointer to one, that would be very appreciated.
