drill press for $42 and a 3 piece step drill bit set $8.87
the bits aren't bad. and I use the drill press for boxes regularly.
I got a step bit 2 days ago, kicking myself for not getting it years ago.
Probably the only things keeping me from getting a drill press right now are:
1. Lack of bench space (very messy)
2. Lack of time to do anything with it anyway
