is thier away to turn alphadrum schematic into a guitar effect not a drum player????

Not really.  The Alphadrum stores samples on eprom.  All it does when you trigger it is cycle through the eprom and send the samples to the DA converter.  It's not an effect, per se.

It's funny to think of this circuit now.  A typical e-snare tends to start out with around 8 voices and 32 samples these days.   :)  The Alpha would sound like a machine gun by comparison.  An 8-bit machine gun.
