Title: making a dual opamp
Post by: 12bar13 on April 16, 2008, 11:02:21 PM
in the old thread on this topic it said to simply make 2 and wire the v+ and v- together, but what about the rest of the leads?  where would they go in the socket. do they all just share the conections?

              ____
Ground -I        I- ?
      +in -I        I- ?
       -in -I        I- ?

Lookup the pinout for the opamp you are going to replace.
You'll have an inverting and a non-inverting pin for each opamp, and an output for each.
For instance, there's a connection diagram for a TL082 opamp (which matches most dual opamps used in pedals ?) here:-
