Title: Great project for a beginner - thanks!
Post by: Luteman on October 19, 2008, 04:32:14 PM
I have just completed this on the breadboard - and it worked first time! Thanks, Paul for your excellent instructions, which manage to be concise and informative at the same time. Only issue I have is the amount of hum/noise - I guess that's normal for an open bb layout. I need to make up some shielded jumpers for input and output, which may help a little. Sounds great with my Squier Strat with Wilkinson vintage-wound pickups - can go from clean to filthy just by varying picking attack. Well impressed!

I foresee this may become an addiction . . .   :)
