Highly Doubtful....
I happen to have an MXR M-206 Time Delay (circa '83) that utilizes that chip that I am planning to sell but I am not just selling the chip alone. Its all or nothing.
The pedal is fully functional. The only problems are that it is missing the battery door and it is a bit roughed up but not bad at all (its almost 30 years old!!)
PM me with an offer if you are interested however, judging by your post... I doubt you will meet my price point.
Can't hurt though.... right? ;D
