Title: Stutter/Glitch pedal
Post by: jwri9790 on March 16, 2011, 03:30:59 AM
Thinking of getting a friend to build a stutter/glitch pedal similar to the Hexe reVOLVER or the Squarewave Parade Teaspoon. Any thoughts? Has anyone done something similar?

Those are both based on digital circuits, I think dsPIC for the HEXE. The HEXE guy is a member here, but doesn't post much.

This isn't something you could clone from those guys, or build easily from a schematic. It requires programming of a digital device.

Something similar could be made using the PT2399, using a momentary switch to kill input and set feedback to 100%. Then you could build on it, using a square wave LFO to control the record/play action for auto glitch.
