Title: True Bypass Box - Would like your input
Post by: bluesman1218 on May 03, 2011, 08:20:01 PM
I've had this project on the bench for a few years and just completed it. Everything works fine, but I'm not happy with the enclosure, it's just not practical, or attractive, dimensions. I came up with a new design and would like some feedback before committing it to 2 new enclosures.

I want to make it expandable and practical. The master box is in a DD Enclosure, can be used standalone or fed to the expansion box (1790NS box). I'm also thinking of adding an filter/regulator to the 9VDC in on the Master Box and possibly adding DC jacks for each pedal. Add any old 9VDC wall wart (-tip) and everything gets cabled through the box.

I think the pics are self-explanatory. The prototype has some typos, runs and a filled hole but, hey, it's a proto.

Thanks!
