In various stages and levels of temporary shelving - a new tube amp of my own design (mostly), several pedals (a fuzz face, a tap trem, a sequence trem, and an Octavia), a MIDI switching system, and an infrared door sensor to let us know when customers come into the shop when the door is open.

Though at the moment, I'm mostly just working on the amp.

Someone brought me a Cry Baby 535Q. I said I don't do those. The guy said please put an LED in it, that's all.

That's all? First looks like I would have to get it to True Bypass with a 3PDT. Looks like this may be a DPDT with 4 wires going in...not sure.

And then I would have to find a positive and ground signal for the the led...somewhere. Or, I learned to do one LED on a wah by hot wiring it in. Had to use a hot wire from batterry to a 4.7K resistor, to a 10uf grounded capacitor, to a 330ohm resistor, to LED. No Pops!

I have a couple of pictures, not sure how to post them here. These pictures are rare. Try and find a pic of the inside of a 535Q on line! I have found no one who actually has details on how to add an led to the 535Q.

Feel free to ...help?

Too much! Waiting for enclosures. In the mean time, I've got boards populated for:

MXR Dist plus
2 voltage doublers
2 Dirty Little Secrets
Rebote 2.5
And three soon to be populated mini boosters.

Suddenly, everybody in my vicinity wants me to build them a mini booster :icon_rolleyes:. I'll comply for now...see if I can somehow add a personal touch to the design. Gonna have both a switch and wiring day soon.

As you might tell from the list above, after years of lurking about a bit, the pedal craze has finally taken off. Building all the usual suspects at the moment (getting faster and better at is), and then I'm gonna do some serious breadboarding to see if I can somehow give back a little.

I am finishing up a requested Zendrive (I did fets and RC4558), "Uber" Rat, and either modding my FX 91, or just selling it and building a Bass voiced Zen with clean blend.

And, I open my box of stuff I gotta get boxes for and finish (we just moved). I have Op-Comp, Orange Squeezer, Sewer Pipes, Tasteless Broadcaster, BazzFuzz/Fuzzrite mash.

And what I'm ACTUALLY going to work on after this Zendrive is probably a couple Jfet overdrives I designed, one which may end up next to the Zen on Chalo's pedalboard, and one that I designed for bass will get added to my collection... then I gots a pedalboard to make for myself, lol. I have 2 wahs, NQ, BF, BMP, DS-1, FX 91, KMD Phaser, and a Little Angel that I play with... a board would be nice to have instead of my snake of FX strewn across the floor.

Oh yeah, that all AND still trying to unpack, lol.

Today I´m reboxing a Sansamp GT2 into a Hammond box. Has sliding switches and all. A pain to drill the square holes for those.
Just finished a Muff with mods, still testing its sounds. Woofy! A great thing I did was put two switchable caps in parallell with the last transistor´s, ehh, R from 9V. Great to reduce high end fizz. With an on-off-on I get three high end flavors: cap1, no cap, cap2.
Gonna etch PCB´s for the Chopped Boss OC2 (of my own design, to fit the smaller Hammond boxes, the MXR size), and a Phase 90.
Before I finished a Rangemaster (nice vintagey tones. Hissy.) and a Green Ringer.

Organizing and inventory.

A neccessary evil - although it makes sense when you *can* find your last 10K resistor!

Breadboard contains a Rangemaster, and some sort of 741-based Overdrive.

Currently working on a friend's Carlsbro TC60 Valve combo.  Fine on the clean channel, the Gain channel could strip paint.  Waaaay to much treble - am re-working the tone stack.  Currently waiting for 1000v-rated caps to arrive from Musicding (Germany).

Parts for 'Valvecaster' have arrived.  This will be my next 'complete' build.

Should re-organise my pedalboard, as the last few complete builds are way better than what's currently on there.

Cheers!

WOW...
So great things going on around here.

Im only build number 2-3 pedals. One day i hope to be able to design some stuff also. Like a dual tube version of something similar to the Dr Boogie.

still working on the firmware for my tremolo. hardware-wise it's pretty much done./ firmware too, for that matter, but I need to get people to test it so I can debug/add to it.

other than that, I have a fractal-based sequencer/synth on the bench, a ringmod, a relay and a noise generator.

The dbfYesterday, I recieved the 2nd DeArmond Gold Foil for my Gretsch Electromatic Semi-Hollow guitar. 1 old pickup had a mounting plate removed, gorilla glue is a wonderful thing. Much improved set of tone circumstances compared to the lower noise PAF I had in there, which goes back in the LP and...the pickup-shuffle is totally over with [again..lol].
Yesterday a choke and an Alpha 10'' Emi. got ordered, now I think I order stuff just so I can get free shipping...I'll probably feel differently when these items arrive. I also ordered 2x6'' 'Aura' neodynim speakers, I'll be the first to write a review I think, the specs [in-line with guitar frequency use, high Db, mention of nice bass response], magnet structure and price got me again.
The choke is for the 2w PP amp that was recently brought into existance and has been recieving continued efforts: the seriesed gain stages were reconfigured to be parallel.
Bringing up the gain with a Jfet stage and feeding that to the twin triode gain stage tested better, an install of Jfet, + a recently built 120:12Vac>FWR>LM317>filtered = adjustable LV-DC output install] should be the final inside work unless additional frequency shaping is deemed necessary, this too would probably require and active and be @ LV supply device.
The B+ power supply was beefed up, the battery-grid-supply was replaced with a completed grid supply build, a SWTC was also installed. It's considered as 'deluxe'...all that for 2 watts [worth it for the big-sound-small-volume thing. It is performing quite well, as expected, can't wait to try the choke out.
I was just Rosewood-staining an oak 'star veneer' table top for the 10'' cabinet's baffle board which may house the new Alpha 10'' speaker I should have on hand later this week, or the O'l Blue Fender, or the Emi-Legend.
The baffle is 3/4'', the sides are going to be 2x4''s that never touch each other, eliminating the need for precision joinery for cabinet making the same way I did for a solid body guitar...space the pieces slightly and hardwood dowel until the corner or span strength requirements are satisfied, using straight and angled dowel installations...easier than buying a joiner or having an embedded workpiece glue joint fail.

Turning the skeleton of a Sixties Sony reel-to-reel into a pedalboard/case and finishing up my board for a new band.
Gotta fix my colorsound tremolo build with reverse-taper pots and add a boost at the end for the board and then decide the order of effects.

My buddy wants me to build him a modded ROG New Clipper like mine, and the parts just came for that.  It's got 1M resistors on the voltage divider and one LED in the clipping section, so it is like a Marshall-in-the-rough.

Great projects, guys!   I'm such a hack!

I have four things going on.. no five... :)

I am building in to pedals my Sky hunter clean boost plus over drive
one using 12AX7 and 6AU6 running at 12volts
The other using 6111 and 5890 Sub minitubes.. running 12volts

I am awaiting parts for my rebot 2.5, I am putting two in series so I can pre-set two different delays or combine them together.

I am building a AX84 High Octain with Sub Mini tubes ( (2) 61112 and (1) 5902)

And I am building a  Squirrel Monkey Guitar amp using a SMPS

And I am working on my 24volt amp changing to a Push Pull configuration. I got some 6110 full wave tube rectifiers so I want to see if I can get sag, I have some 12AL8's to play with for this.  after that is done I want to try a 26A7GT PP power section.

Hey Iccaros, have any advice for a project with two 2-wattish tube amps in one enclosure? I'm interested in getting a practice stereo rig up and running. Any chance of running them from one power transformer?

To keep with the thread topic, I'm planning an all-in-one modular analog pedalboard and I've got a Klone clone and Orange Squeezer on the bench waiting to go in.

Perhaps you have a different set of design priorities, calling it a large, solid, sealed enclosure extends bass response and is simple.

I have a Stereo RTR amp which uses 1 PT, and have had other St. HiFi amps which had 1 PT, some schematics of such amps are probably worth having a look at, at least the power supply.

Other:

9. Acoustic Preamp/Buffer (With feedback cancellation! See "unacoustifying" thread)

Stuff I'm too broke to work on:

10. 18Watt
11. Rat
12. G2

Apparently, Canada Post is on strike, so I might only be done by late summer/early fall  :(

Same power supply should not be an issue, but what types of tubes are you thinking?   I am guessing that you want to use a sterio effect to push this so do you want tone from  the pre amps or just clean?

you should start  a thread..

Petemoore has some good advice...
Title: Re: Your current projects?

I guess I should start a thread. My No 1 is a Ric 620 and I love making use of the stereo jack.
I'm open to any tubes/suggestions. I guess I'd prefer 12au or 12ax for easy replacement, but I'm open to subminis. Another thought is an extra preamp stage since I leave a clean boost on all the time and my favorite amps are Dr. Z, if that gives some extra info on what tone I'm going for.

Debugging a CX-3 Leslie sim (still no highs...)
OTA-based volume pedal/boost I'm designing (the Louderer)
A freaky Frankenstein pedal I'm designing for my wife that I'm calling the Ring Dominator
Recording soundclips/demo videos
Cleaning my workspace

I've also ordered parts for a large number of distortion circuits which I'm going to breadboard and audition for inclusion in my multi-distortion project, the Overkill.

Several versions of Mr.EQ feeding into a switchable MOSFET boost or minibooster.
A couple miniboosters sized for a 1590A.
A custom patch system with relays and CMOS switching.
Custom switching system for my guitarist's dream rig 2x London 65 stereo with a Divided by 13 for the dirt.
One or two onboard bass preamps.
A 2-channel tube Blackfinger clone.

Non-music related.....
6 channel LED dimmer ready to be expanded to 24.
CNC machine so I don't have to etch and I can create while I'm sleeping or at work.

Gotta love inexpensive breadboards...

I would not expect that to end up being the case.  You really want to watch those things, most of the time.  You never know when something might go wrong, and CNC machines are perfectly capable of totaling themselves.

I just built 2 compressors from the other forum.  One last weekend, and one this weekend, both of which I've not really seen before.  Pretty neat circuits.  I'm really liking one of them.  The other is novel, but not as practical as I had hoped.  And after all that, I still want to build an Ibanez CP10 (TB, no buffers,) which is basically a Dyna Comp style but uses a BA6110.  Pretty cool too.

Then I'll debug some Orange Squeezer hum tonight (hopefully, after mowing the lawn) and get that quieted down.  I've also got a CS-3 waiting for a new 2181 that I have, and need to probe/trace/measure it and hopefully resurrect it.

...Hmm, I think I need to lay off the compressors...

I have been on a modulation kick lately. After a while you just get bored with the fuzz/OD/distortion hunt.  :icon_rolleyes:

just moved, so unpacking and organizing.

just bought a 60 drawer storage cabinet so hopefully i can start to get organized!

currently waiting on parts for the Griffin MT-2 Metal Zone Death Metal Mod kit to get here, its the only mod I have found that I like for the metal zone, so i am curious to see what all he has done to it.

then i have to order enclosures and pots for the following:
Magnus Modulus
Noise Ensemble x 2
SRV Tubescreamer x 2
Zombie Chorus
Phase 90
Ross Compressor

Have to finish populating:
Phase 90
Ross Compressor
SRV Tubescreamer
Slow Gear x 2

Have the following bare PCB's:
Cornish G2
Octavia
Orange Squeezer

Then I am going to try to start etching pcb's so i can eventually get to building the Boss Dimension C Chorus pedal.

I'm just using a max gained LM386 to power a typical 555 astable circuit.  Super simple and glitchy. Kinda similar to the uglyface thing.
I like it!

I'm currently working on cobbling together a tap tempo phaser.

Breadboarding tonight. If all goes well, laying it out this weekend and maybe building it.

Unless I fail massively-- a definite possibility-- I hope to release the layout next week. :)

- 8 step noisebox sequencer (just finished it on perfboard.. gonna design a pcb and make everything pcb mounted)

- repairing a jawari for a friend (when i find time)

- bending a yamaha dd 10 drumcomputer (got the wrong size batteries, so now it has to wait again :))

- building a preamp for homerecording

- building on board effects for a friends 80s digital piano

- building a voice multifx box in an old telephone device.. octavers.. lofi filters.. distortion .. the works

- bending a cheap ass behringer slow motion (boss slow gear clone.. but for only 12 euros)

Cross between a lock-in amplifier and a ring modulator and an aliaser.

Actually I'm not sure what it's supposed to do.

A mini-headphone amp, not pocket sized though. Homebrew design, sounds alright so far, should be fun when boxed up.

A Foxx Tone Machine clone for a friend

And lastly, a stereo chorus and a couple tube designs that I've been to lazy/busy with school to do.

Wow, how fast project lists can change! I finished up the Zen type pedal, which is going on tour in the next couple weeks, and all of a sudden I have projects for other people, lol. I already have another drive request, wah (mutron style, but I think I talked him into letting me squash a couple different ones in there). Possibly a chorus repair coming in as well... and that's just in the last week.

Oh, and my buddy is wanting to find a Princeton  and get the parts to mod it to MB MkI specs, so that's on my research list right now as well (that's gonna be the slow summer-long project).

Time to do some one-handed juggling, lol... at least my girlfriend is understanding that I have to let go of her with the other hand occasionally.  ;D

i'm working on restoring a ludwig phase II, at the moment it's pretty much done, just tweaking in the trimmers, chasing down noise and hum, and trying to find a suitable replacement for the fuzz repeat slide pot.

on my breadboard is a hofner buzztone, waiting patiently for me to get back to it.

Well, currently,

- Univibe (this guy's gonna be sick - gotta make my own speed pedal... it's just NOT the same w/o it!!)
- Superfuzz clone (gonna chenge up the clipping diodes with a rotary for different clipping, si/ge, etc...)
- Tiny Trem (helping to debug the ticking on that dang 555 chip... >:( )
- EZ80/12AT7-based preamp to drive the front end of my amp (gonna be a nasty bugger... I'm hoping for some natural, squishy compression...)
- finish up that half-assembled Valve-Caster...
- Find a use for those cool submini Pentodes lying around here ( ??? ) somewhere...

-Tremelo, a very subtle one using the building-blocks of the univibe. its being road tested atm and the guy testing it seems very happy as he hasn't returned the prototype yet :P
-A SG Systems 212 guitar amp. my first high voltage project. bought it broken,. 50 euro,s, replaced all the electrolytes and trying to get it work with 6550 tubes instead of the origional 8417's
-A custom 4 channel OD/boost pedal for someone who uses a line6 M13 but wants better control over his drive sounds (will likely go between the modulation and reverb stages, will have to see if he wants to use it in stereo, as that will require a lot of extra circuitry if placed in the loop)
-A smaller version of the germanium-pre i build a while ago (contains a rangemaster and a fuzz face, cause I like being able to switch to a rangemaster while turning off the fuzz at the same time)

To get an idea of what I am doing, imagine an op amp with a variable voltage applied to the non-inverting input and a signal input taken to the inverting input through a resistor.  Then add a diode from the op amp output to the inverting input.  If the reference voltage on the non-inverting input is positive, the diode cathode is at the op amp output and anode is at the inverting input.  When the signal exceeds the reference voltage on the non-inverting input, the voltage at the inverting input (which is the circuit output) is clamped to the reference voltage.  The gain of the op amp makes the clamp go from off just below the threshold to on at full op amp output current just above (meaning millivolts above) the threshold, so you have a diode with almost zero resistance and no temperature sensitivity.  Add a resistance in series with the input and you have a variable resistance you can select.  Then put it in parallel with one with a negative threshold and the diode facing the other way.  Voilà - you have an ideal clamp with separately adjustable voltage and resistance for positive and negative polarity.

one project down...

I have a Carvin vintage 16 that I thought would make  a better head than a combo.. As a combo it is way too loud for the little cabinet they put it in, and so it sounds really thin.. so I use an external cab, but its a pain to carry the combo with speaker just to plug it into something else.. Hand build the cab, put on Tolex yesterday and added grills, handle and corner parts this afternoon.

While I had it open, it was a good time to do some adjustments, change out plate load resistors, and cathod biasing of the preamp, add a master volume and remove the volume between gain stages... added negative feedback adjustment and redid the EQ, or simplified it, more Marshall or Fender like.  The outcome is a amp with a little more gain, more clean headroom and now can sit ontop of my 4x12 and rock.. at 15 watts, this thing is loud.. can keep up with any drummer I have ever played with.. so loud I can hear it through the ear plugs.. :)

very cool ... i quite like the sound of clipped diode distortion ... it will never completely please the tube die-hards ... but IMO, it's a pleasant type of distortion in and of itself ...

diode clippers can also a provide a wonderful front end for a tube distortion stage ...

I've been away from the forum and from DIY FX projects for a year due to unfortunate circumstances. I'm trying to pick up where I left off, and regain what little knowledge of electronics I had aquired, and lost in the meantime... What comforts me is that it doesn't amount to much :icon_mrgreen:

As for my current projects, I've just debugged my Compulator, which I had never got to work (yay!), and I'm currently working on:
- Odie (99% completed, just missing a J201 that I somehow lost during that annus horribilis)
- Guv'nor (missing a few components too, and testing mods to the clipping section)
- Tim Escobedo's TMK (just beginning)

Also, when I'm away from my bench I spend some time planning my next builds : at the moment that means adding a tone control to the Peppermill circuit and trying to come up with a PCB layout for the Paralooper/Bassthru that will fit in a 1590B enclosure.

Today, finishing up the Jimmy Page wiring on an Ibanez AG 75; this one was fun, guy wanted a Duncan pup (Pearly Gates) in the neck and a Gibson pup (Classic 57) in the bridge. Damn them color codes!!!! I'm also adding a kill switch and really interested to see how this is going to sound in a Hollow Body.

In Progress/Upcoming

Dr Boogey (Gus M) - Waiting on the correct Pots to arrive from Mouser; my fault. Once those are attached it's debug time.

Cloned BYOC Ping Pong Delay - What a b---- of a pedal to rev eng. I had one hell of a time recreating this thing from internet pics and so forth to build for a friend. I told him if he ever wanted me to build another pedal for him, there better be a schematic, PCB or layout image, project document, or something to go by; or we could sit down at the proto-board and build off something. 98%

Modifying a Sovtek MIG50 - Separating channel 2 and adding the Marshall tone stack and JTM45 gain stage. It's the real thing of what the ROG Thor does. This project is a monster, I've got the Tone Stack almost finished and debugged, but the owner is building a new cabinet to put it in; there's no room to add the new components so I've taken a break from it while he builds that. I sized out the dimensions of the cabinet for him so there will be 4U worth of rack space beneath the head.

Repairing a Fender Supersonic - Already know this is an easy one; heard it on stage the other night and it's a harmonic tube.

Case Mod for an MXR Classic Overdrive - Owner is drawing scroll work and I will be routing out the case, backing it with Lexan and adding LED's to shine through the cutouts. I'm an LED whore.

A Pickup Winder - My son graduated luthier school several months ago and insists that every guitar he builds, everything that can be hand made will be; I really respect that of him.

Reassemble my modified Crybaby - Did a True bypass, mirror painted the interior, added 8 Ultraviolet LED's and a Lexan bottom; as well as additional indicator LED's.

Further out - I've got an order for a Fender RG15 Standalone Reverb Unit. Fortunately I have access to the stamps, dies, metal brake and all that equipment.

I've had to sit out for the last MONTH due to 3 out of 4 kids, my wife, then myself, becoming violently ill.

I was working on a Guv'nor type thing that uses a BMP tone control.  Loved where I finally got it, but one day I came home to find my 2 1/2 year old had removed every resistor that was socketed.  Luckily I think I saved the values I liked in the TSC, but the gain rolloff and 2nd gain stage resistors were pulled.  Grrr.... Hoping to get back to that tonight as my wife will be working the next 6 evenings.

Then it's onto one I bought tubes for back in July:  the Valvecaster.   ;D

Ironed out my OD250 [seriesed instead of parallel the two .1uf caps chosen to build the .047uf with, doh].
Plugged the opto-reamer into the Mosfetser [opto is was a 3 knob Tube Reamer with +Bass lift Sw +opto-volume output control, which ='s gain boost when driving the Mos'ts'er, which is an opened up TS with the mos-soft clipping diodes, 4 controls], these two are fun to play with.

My projects?  Current one is my "Woodchopper Distortion" - using some of the tricks I've learnt through playing around with synth designs in Falstad to design (and soon build) a custom distortion pedal, with crest/trough biasing using a pot and two diodes, diode clipping (with switchable asymmetry), then a low pass filter to convert the result into an approximate triangle wave before running through a cap with a resistance to ground to make a DC offset corrector.  All blendable/bypassable, with the DC offset correction adjustable so it can be made to cut waves short, thus making a "chainsaw" wave.  I have no idea what it will actually sound like, and that's the joy of it.  With a lot of tweakable things, there should be at least SOME good sounds I can find.  Here's some examples of waveforms I get out the other end of the simulation testing with a 440Hz sine.

I gave up on my tap tempo phaser for now because it grew very complex, and I wasn't getting the results I wanted.

So now I'm doing my take on the Four Banger booster. I'm only using three boosters--  a germanium, a Crackle Not Okay, and an AMZ Mini-booster. I'm also adding a bass/treble tonestack based on the AC/RC Boosters, but with the values from the similar Colorsound Overdriver tonestack. It will also have a master volume control, and an output buffer. I plan on running the tonestack/buffer at +/-9v so it will hopefully have enough headroom to (mostly) handle the cascading boosters. Oh yeah, and this is going into a 1590BB enclosure. It should be a pretty comfortable fit, actually.

I started etching the enclosure this past weekend, but was delightfully interrupted by one of the exciting surprises that seem to accompany owning an old home. Thankfully it was sewage-related and required immediate action. I don't know what I did to be rewarded with such a treat like that! :icon_lol:

Anyway, I finished etching the enclosure tonight. It is by far my best etch yet (yay!). I can't wait to show it off.

The PCB layouts are pretty much done. 3 boards-- just some tweaking left to do.

I am hoping to have time to finish it the next few weeks. :)

Finally found why my Superfly wasn't getting the voltage it should, tried a lot of things before changing the 555  :icon_rolleyes: Then I found out that my regulated power supply (diy) was lacking in tranformer performance, so today I've bought a new one. 2x12V 1500mA, should do the job better than the salvaged one it currently uses.

After that I've got a "Workbench Workhorse" (production name, may change);

Signal generator or guitar in -> booster (LPB-1) -> effect on workbench -> distortion (Trotsky) -> cab sim (Condor) -> amp (TEA2025, bridged, ~5W@8Ohm)

The booster, effect and distortion will be bypassable (maybe even the cab sim). I've got a nice little metal box that will house everything, even power supply.

Have an almost finished Echo Base build. Still needs a bit of work, have to replace the pots to 16mm ones so they will fit in a 1590BB enclosure.
Hopefully, I will get that done tomorrow, as well as drilling the enclosure.

Have a faulty One Chip Chorus that is in dire need of some debugging. Probably a weekend project.

Have bought parts for the following pedals, dr. boogey, ampeg scrambler (from tonepad) and a rat (also from tonepad).
I should have PCB's ready for those builds early next week, so hopefully I will have time to start on one of them by next weekend.

Last but not least, I am working on a true bypass strip concept that will be based on relays controlled by a uC that is reading momentary switches. Also considering adding a by-passable unity gain buffer on each send/return stage to avoid any impedance mis-matching.

Too many projects, and too little time to spare.

currently re-building my Valvecaster. The Charge pump voltage multiplier (using a TC1044 chip) stopped working (had 3 stages multiplied giving 46-48V on the Plate heaters). I have a constant longing to dissect anything I have already built that works, and to find ways to improve (or often, mess up) a circuit, but it's all a great learning experience.

Have the parts sitting around for an Orange Squeezer. I'm interested in replacing the OP-AMP gain stage with a Tube gain stage, but I've yet to settle on a starting schematic to begin my testing.  I'm highly interested in some form of Tube Compressor, and continue to conduct my research  :icon_twisted:

Also have a 12AL8 amp in the works, with a 12AU7 Valvecaster like Preamp, lost my equations sheets (had all my math on it), so I need to recalculate, and I still need to order a Audio Output Tranny for it.

Busy times ahead for us all  :P

Dual Bo Hansen DI - Just ordered some nice caps and metal film resistors, as I want to use to track my rhodes and synths

Rebuilding my BSIAB now. First stage was modified to get more even harmonics, then some clipping diodes with lots of tweaking possibilities like blending between Ge and Si etc, and a regular muamp stage for symmetrical clipping, similar to overdriven push-pull power amp. I'm not quite sure I'm doing it right, but it sounds tremendous :P
It seems I need two gain pots, three saturation pots and one switch for diodes, oh and common volume and tone pots. Omg, I created a monster :icon_biggrin:

time for a thread bump?  :icon_mrgreen:

been working on a refresh of my old 2399-based vibrato. added a wet/dry for chorusing, and added a vinyl crackle/noise synth which can be blended-in! noise, crackle, or a bit of both. as well as being overall more refined. near-complete recode of the microcontroller. just like the older simpler one, much emphasis is put into slower deeper warbles! that meant pushing the 2399 to it's limit, meaning extra dark filtering. I don't hate dark at all, though! just finished the PCB layout and sent it off to batchpcb. may take a number of weeks, though.

I'll try and get clips up later tonight!

I'm working on this:

Layout isn't final. I'm not too hot on the idea of this being a stompbox. Feels more like a tabletop unit.
