dod gonkulator modulator schem?

Hi guys. Lately i've been interested in random fxs, noisy things, and seq/filters, etc. Can't find a good ring mod that has no carrier feedthrough. I'm wondering how do moogerfooger pedals, and dod solve this. Also have no acces to a mc1496 chip. Is there any kind of agte in there?. Does anybody have a schem of circits of this kind?. Thanks a lot!!
