I always use up 'extra' room when drilling holes for pots.
Precision Pre-made Pot drilling templates ... wouldn't that be nice.
Maybe someone can draw up a few sizes and stick a bunch of different sizes on a page in different [common or usable] positions...
Like If I could get a printout of 'regular' and 'small' pots like SB and Mouser carry...you can bet I'd be doing cutouts, and using them for positioning the center punch !!!
 B. Tremblay, Gary, Munky, or anyone...would take a little work to get a life sized rendering [or work alike] I would think, would make life easier for those who 'like' !!!
Might just save a few boxes from ending up with 'extra' holes or missed' ones.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

I belive the Geofex has some paper templetes availible. I prefer to either use Open Office's drawing program or real software to CAD my boxes. It lets me figure out if I can stick all of the stuff I need in a box. From there I can make a drilling templete or jig.

i just measured my parts and made indiviudal graphic parts in paintbrush..

and then did a few basic layouts for different boxes  a four and five knob zvex stlye layout on the 1590b  and a ts9 style layout which doubles as a mxr two knob layout for the same box and did it al in paint.
