OT: FM Transmitter schematic?

I want to build a high powered FM transmitter (a few mile range).  I know the legalities, etc., so I am just looking for a schematic right now.  Any places I could find a cheap kit or a good clear schematic that isn't excessively complex?  Thanks alot!
