Ultra Brights messed up my peadl?

Hi.
I was moddenig my Tube works tube driver (911) and after I put new ultra bright water clear LEDsis stopped working. by the piv voltages it seema that indeed some thing happened to the crkt But I can't find shorts or open crkts.

Could it be the LEDs?
(it sounds silly, I know... but I'vw seen stranger things)
