Strange when I first built the tonepad small clone chorus it was dead quiet.
Pulled it out of the cupboard after a couples of years and now get LFO tick when rate or depth is turned up.
Any suggestions to cure this? Should I used shielded wire on the rate pot?
Thanks in advance

Better to use shielded wire for input/output and keep wires to rate/depth pots short.  Probably just a wire inside that's moved.  Sometimes just moving them back again or routing them elsewhere (preferably not over parts of the board concerned with audio, or close to audio carrying wires) you can get rid of the problem (if you didn't have it to begin with).
