Electro and Mylar film caps.....advice needed.

Got a question..... the schematic im looking at says to put in a NP 1uf cap in place of the electro cap there. Now, since its a NP cap its calling for can i just put in a Mylar film 1uf cap or do i need to put in a NP 1uf electro cap?

you can put the mylar in

Traditionally a 1uFd non-polar electrolytic is a lot cheaper and smaller than a 1uFd plastic film.

If a 1u Mylar fits the budget and the case, do it.
