Hello,

Finishing up a Reflktor (SiB Echo Drive) and am having trouble getting clean repeats. Every other feature seems to work well. There is a trimmer for adjusting the input into the PT2395 chip but I can only seem to choose between getting only 1 repeat that is fairly clean or multiple repeats that are very clipped and compressed/distorted. I've checked solder joints, parts values and voltages around the delay circuit and everything looks as it should. I've tried a few different tubes (including a 5751) and no improvement. I'm just not sure what to interrogate next. Here is a link to the build doc:

Any ideas are welcome. Happy to post pics or voltages if wanted.

Thanks, all.

Welcome.

Maybe that trimmer is cracked, so it only gives two levels: None or All.

Unfortunately not. I've tried two different values there with the same result.

It's not an instant flip from one to the other, but there's no way to get multiple clean repeats
