Dual gang pot?

Is the lug numbers (1,2,3) of a dual gang pot the same for both terminal?

I'm going to build a Maestro Fuzz Tone from GGG. The schematic says that there's only 4 2N5088 and 2 other transistors. The bill of materials text said that there are 6 2N5088. Which is true?

I hope I can use the 6 2N5088 because I already have them. Otherwise, I'll go scouting again for hard-to-find transistors and might end up with nothing (again).  :(

Of my total expenses for DIY effects, about 1/3 or more were for my fare expenses going from one store to another (and another and another and another...). :x
Oh yeah!

A dual ganged pot is just like 2 pots piled on top of each other being controlled by one knob.

Just try the transistors. If it sounds good and you like it, you've gotten to where you wanna be, right?
I don't like Holland. Nobody has the transistors I want.

Mail order!  Postage is often cheaper and, if you pick the right firms, you only have to wait a day or two.  I've given up on trecking round London looking for parts, half the time they don't have what I need...

Sorry I can't be of any help concerning your question.
