Danelectro PB&J mini delay tone change problem

I have a Danelectro mini delay (PB&J). And it is now altering my tone, cutting out some of the lows and boosting some of the highs (enough to be annoying) wether in by pass or effect on - It is only recent so I'm guessing something has died.

Has anyone had a similar problem? (and solution??)

Not sure what to do... all the components are those extra small things you find on PC boards.
