Guv'nor Problem

Hi! I made the Guv'nor a few days ago and it worked fine the  first day in my protoboard and the next it suddenly stop working, i didn't move anything, and it has just a little effect when i play very hard and it doesn't sound good. Does anybody knows what could be the problem?
