*OT* holiday in the USA

Perhaps this is a day to reflect on tolerance and the need to judge others solely on the content of their character. I realize I’ve needed a healthy dose of humility lately. Personal losses and disability drag me into bitter and isolated spaces occasionally but I keep trying to get back on the horse with help from communities such as this forum.
