What exactly does a push on-push on switch do?  It was a DPDT push switch I saw at Fry's Electronics.  Iv'e seen some ON/ON 'toggle' switches and understand that it would probably aid you in jumping from one effect to another.  But an ON/ON function in a push switch format?

sounds like a mini-version (non-stompable) of a stompswitch.
My guess is it's a DPDT that switches between two outer terminals (on-on) and the switchknob itself always returns to it's original position (as opposed to the regular pushbutton "in" and "out")

It could be like those ballpoint pens that you click in or out, but then switching between contacts instead of a pen
I don't like Holland. Nobody has the transistors I want.
