Continuing with my PCB fever I now have produced one for Ron Black's Tube Distortion including the power supply. This one uses a 12Ax7 and works off a 12VAC wallwart.I did build one back in the day and a sample can be found at Runoffgoove.
If there's any interest in this one let me know.I wish somebody would check my stuff to give tips and see if I'm in the right direction(hint....RG?)

Hi Aharon: there have been quite some (newbie & oldie) Q.s about 12volters lately: might become a runner!

Hi Puretube. :D
I modified it to use an OP from this century instead of the 747 and included the power supply. For what I remember when I built it(somebody borrowed it and never returned it)it was quite acceptable.Went from bluesy to hard rock with classic in between and no tone knob!!.
TAke care
