i want to build a signal divider box; my ampli as just one in plug and i want to play with one of my friend on the same ampli.  So i want to make a box with 2 in and one out.  can you tell me how to do that or where to find the right info or shematic.

check out the morley effects website they have a thing called a ABY combiner or somthing like that... go to the download section and they have the schematics there,if your looking for something abit easier this is how i do it.......----->

  input 1     [--------------\
                                     \_______________]  output ,,,to your amp
                                    /
  input 2     [-------------/

as you can see no btterys are required so its pretty basic it works though!

both the inputs are you and your friends guitar and i just used a small
piece of strip board to join the signals together............ ive added more stuff like switches leds etc, etc but this is my design i based it on!!

hope this helps

if you want somthing abit more impressive or chalanging i recomend the
morley thing....

later..... :D

You donm't want a "signal divider", you want a "simple mixer"!

it says there it is for putting fx in parallel, but you could run two guitars in.
