PH 90 Tick...

Since were talkin' ticks at near top of topics.
 My Phaze 90 ticks, I only seemed to notice recently, most of the time it's not terribly obtrusive, or can be covered by Fuzz and or playing, just when no signal is present, I need to hit the off switch, especially if theres a boosting box in the chain.
 How would one go about fixing that?
