Easyvibe LFO, working but hmmm...

The bulb is working but the speed pot is only good for the second half of it's rotation, in the first half it just stays on and doesn't flash.

And another thing, it's not very gradual. It comes on really fast then stays on then goes off and back on again; it stays on longer than it stays off.

Has anyone else built this and experienced these problems?

my guess is you got to fiddle a lot with the trimpots for the bias...
