While surfing, I came across this cool site:

http://www.rockmancentral.com/RockmanCentral/Start.html

I goes into detail about Scholtz' gear+sound. Check out the "Hyperspace pedal", as Scholtz calls his DIY modified Echoplex, which can make all kinds of weird space sounds ... :)

The site even has manuals to a lot of Rockman products!

Thanks!  Interesting site.

I seem to be using a Rockman X100 a lot lately on the Dist and Clean 2 settings, great sounds.

Also I managed to score a second X100 in a "Four Designs Company" "Rockmount" rack adaptor dirt cheap on eBay. Less than half what I paid for my other Rockman and a whole lot more useful.

The Rockmount is a cool unit which you plug an X100 into and get mains power, a volume knob, remote bypass switching, and input and outputs on 1/4" jacks.
