what would be the best way to incorporate the sweet creamy od tones of the hwy 89 into the lil gem II? i am really digging the pedal into the front end of the gem. sounds better than any small amp i can afford! great circuit Doug..

should i build the 89 circuit in place of the buffer?

maybe another tonestack or filter on the end of the gem?

maybe just hardwiring the 2 circuits together on one board is what i should do.
i just like the way the bass and treble controls interact on the 89 and figured it might sound good after the gem circuit.

are there any other chips maybe a little more powerful i could use?

i also think i would like the 89 to be able to be bypassed  and go straight in the gem.
