I perfed the Pulsar but didnt wire it up as i began to hear about the ticking problem. I cant even take hearing the sound of a clock tick--ya know when your trying o sleep. :D  so i thought that would definetly put me over the edge..hehe

I think ill finish it and see for myself..I know there has to be a fix for this problem somewhere/someday.
