My vote is for an LPB-1 or a Mosfet Boost in an old volume pedal shell.

Mostfet boost actually works sweet in a wah shell (if you don't consider it a waste of a wah shell) because with the volume rolled all of the way down it's basically at unity gain and acts as a buffer.  No need for a switch!
