Again also I build a BYOC leeds fuzz. What material would people recommend to put decals on? Waterslide?

I don't know why this is in the Digital area, but those are single coil pickups.

Hi,
yes old school single coils.  Since you have the guitar taken apart, and need to rewire anyway, you might consider an on-board buffer/boost similar to the Jack Orman MOSFET booster immediately after the pickups, which would allow great impedance selection, and a lot of configurability with push pull pots, so no new holes would have to be drilled.

I do have schematics for a personal build.  I designed it for personal use in almost a same case within a hollow body.  Further, having the buffer inside could help with a viable control versus feedback.

Anyway, you should move the post elsewhere, unless you assumed the pick ups are digital, which they are not, they are analog.  Do some good reading on Wikipedia to explain pickups!

   Hay thank you for your time; However I do not know the appropriate place for this discussion. Also I have no idea what you are talking about lol. I do not know why you would need a transistor built right in the shell of the guitar. Also I found this:

I think this will do the trick, however would not cover the second switch. (There are two 'SPDT' switches on the guitar).  Also can I buy the braided cable at like Stew-Mac.com or just use two wires instead?
