I want to make some PCB's with Dorkbot.
I have a bunch of stripboard layouts. What do I use to make them PCB-friendly format?

Re-draw/redesign them using pcb software like eagle, sprint, expresspcb etc...
Doesn't matter what you did to get it... If it sounds good, then it is good!
