Yet another etched and stuffed board that I have no idea what it is.  The chip on the right is a PT2399, and the one on the left is a TL074.  The pot values are 500K and 100K.  I combed my hard-drive, looking for anything that might be 2399-related but to no avail.  Any ideas?
