I built my second YJM 308 tonight
the first one works a treat after  i debugged it.
if i remember right though i had the same trouble with the last.
i dont have time for a full rundown tonight i'll do it when im less tired in the am.
Somehow im getting signal on the output. or at least i was at one point.
My voltages are all wrong though.
At source its 8.8vdc nothing connected.
After the first 100R resistor im getting half of that and the voltages jump from this to the full voltage of the source.
The voltage at the Vref is about half of the voltage at the output of 100R and the Ic chip voltages are all over the place too.
More significantly that 100 R resistor gets really hot.
Anybody got any clues why this last thing would happen? (the hot resistor)
Theres some pics of the board on my dropbox here

Seen at the centre bottom is a millenium bypass (diode transistor 4k7 resistor) which i disconnected during my diagnosing (made no differance)
