Hi. Working on this pedal. I was searching around the forum but couldnt find any info on boosting the low freq a bit. Either using a switch or a pot.

Ok. I assume I can add a spdt switch SOMEWHERE in the schematic with a cap of SOME sort to add a bit of low mids to the tone. Just not sure where or what.

Please advise.

Thank you.

go to stewmac and look up how to build tone control pots. It'll give you the run down for how they work, which is essentially a low or high pass filter.

Try figuring out how to use a high pass filter, and then from there you can get a grasp of " Nth order filters", which is basically daisy chaining filters, to get what you need.

If you can breadboard it, try a high pass filter at various areas. Before the transistors. After. right between the decoupling cap and the output, etc.
If I can solve the problem for someone else, I've learned valuable skill and information that pays me back for helping someone else.
