Circuit trouble

Ok. Just finished the npn boost. Here's the problem. I've got true bypass signal. When on I've got led but only very low volume.

I don't have a way to take a photo right now but I took some measurements and maybe someone can suggest a fix for me.

All volts are as should be besides the transistor.

E 2.74
B 2.89
C 3.54

Triple checked the schematic but I've already had to fix a few things. So where do I start now?

double check soldering , prehaps reheating each joint . make sure there are no solder bridges . are yuou sure the transistor isnt flipped ? sometimes i f i use flux and get sloppy with it i need to clean the board with alcohol . is it on perk , vero , breadboard ?

what power supply are you using ?
im learning , we'll thats what i keep telling myself

make sure you dont have any wiring reversed.
If I can solve the problem for someone else, I've learned valuable skill and information that pays me back for helping someone else.
