Hello!

I'm pretty new to all of this stuff. but i managed to build my first box, and it sounds good. The only problem was with finding the parts. Especially the switch.

I live in Estonia.. and the cheapest pushbutton (3PDT) costs here as few as about 0.50$ US. the trick is, it's plastic, and it's a pain in the ass to mount it to any surface... the next one, which is metal, and looks great... costs already around 16$ ... and that's a bit too m uch for a button, if you ask me. So i was wondering if you know any cheaper switches in stores near scandinavia or anything like that... because i dont want to get a 6$ switch with a shipping like 8$...

If it's stompswitches you're after, I'm afraid you'll have to.
On the other hand, Steve at SmallBear is very reasonable: $9 a pop (for a Carling - that is reasonable - also cheaper switches in stock), and he ships 4 of them for just under $4 if I remember correctly. Estonia included. See his site for details.
For other switches and components you might want to more local mailorder - I think Farnell handles Estonia as well, see if they deliver to non-business customers there.

If you can scrape up the $$ for the parts, shipping for a small packet has become pretty reasonable. Lately I have been making more use of the USPS's Global Priority Mail service: all you can stuff into one of their gray packages, now trackable to most locations in Europe and South America, for five bucks.

Money Transfer:

PayPal isn't yet available in Estonia, but you might check out www.westernunion.com.
