Hi all,
I'm currently using this to switch between two amps

I would like to add an effects loop to the A side of the switch and some indicator LED's.  Here's what i have for a layout with no wiring.

Does something like this already exist?  If not, can someone help me with the layout?  I just built an effects loop switch based on the BYOC A/B True Bypass looper and i'm not really understanding some of the switch wiring.  Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I know, but the pedal i built does not boost...it just increases volume!

Tie all ground sleeves together to your DC jack and you got it! But you can put the loop before and have it on both channel instead of just A. Just as in my previous schemas...remove the first loop and put the input directly in the second switch. Not clear...i know!

Thanks TFC, that's exactly what i was looking for.  One thing i'm having trouble understanding is why (if looking at the Beavis Audio layout) the tip of the non-active plug is being set to ground.  At least that's what i think i'm seeing in the two 'cross over' wires that are on the switch.  am i looking at it correctly and if so, why is this required.

Hi John,

It's not required to ground the non-active side of A/B, but in some situations it will control noise problems.  I've found this to be true on A/B/(Y) switching to two amps.  A lot of times if you leave an open connection (cable) to an amp input, the amp will buzz (as we all probably know).

this is great - thanks for posting. I want to do this, except without the l.e.d's/power supply -- keep it passive. It seems like it should be really simple, but I'm new at this
